Scleredema diabeticorum in a nonregulated type 2 diabetic patient

Scleredema diabeticorum is an infrequently seen connective tissue disorder that effects upper part of the body. The affected skin is thick, hard and painless. A 51-year-old male Type 2 diabetic patient was referred to our department for infected foot ulcer.
